Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the item in its original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all original tags and protective materials are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print and attach the prepaid DHL return label provided via our portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Final Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
